Trenton Triple Play: Urban Agriculture, Business, Arts

Trenton's historic slogan, Trenton Makes The World Takes, made news this week following an announcement that the neon red letters spanning the Delaware River at night would be replaced with LED lights offering multi-colored options. While the famous bridge sign reflects Trenton's industrial past, nowadays one sees heightened activity in the Capital City on multiple fronts, including urban agriculture, business, and arts:

CivicStory's Isles Community Gardens video features robust hands-on programs through which Trenton citizens help to cultivate over sixty gardens across the Capital City. 

George Sowa, President and CEO of Greater Trenton, describes Trenton's changing business climate in this "Another Thing" segment on MeTV.  

The 11th annual creative marathon, Trenton Art All Night, runs June 17-18, 3 pm (Sat) to 3 pm (Sun), and is expected to draw well over 20,000 participants.
