What’s in Our Drinking Water? Emerging Concerns in New Jersey.

The Center for Environmental Exposure and Disease (CEED) and the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI) at Rutgers University have been working on environmental health issues related drinking water and potential health impacts associated with contaminants such as lead, PFAS and others. The conference hopes to engage a broad range of stakeholders including regulators, public policy thought leaders, municipal leadership, academics, environmental and public health organizations, faith-based organizations, infrastructure associations and water purveyors. The overall goal of the conference will be to articulate solutions that make water safe and affordable in New Jersey.
